Unpack the application of blockchain outside of the traditional. Looking at the possibilities and applications of blockchain in security .

Supply chain visibility and reliability can be improved significantly by employing blockchain enabled solutions. This talk focuses on key benefits, solution approaches and business implications of establishing a blockchain enabled supply chain network.

Data is of unprecedented importance. The most valuable companies of today treat data as a commodity, which they trade and earn revenues. Data marketplaces have emerged to facilitate such trading. Present data marketplaces are inadequate as they fail to satisfy all the desirable properties - fairness, efficiency, security, privacy, and adherence to regulations. In this talk, I will discuss the design of blockchain enabled data marketplace that achieve the above desirable properties. We will see some use cases in energy trading and the Internet of Things

Large volumes of data handled by centralized AI engines take a long time to process. In IoT-Cloud integrated ecosystems, the speed of processing is tantamount to the quality of data classification. Decentralised blockchain-based AI processing for IoT-Cloud integrated ecosystems can foster secure and traceable knowledge transfer across realms of systems and processes. This talk will highlight challenges and solutions for customizing AI adoption across decentralized and integrated IoT-Cloud ecosystems.

Crypto as a new asset class is heavily influenced by the amount of private and venture capital investment from global investors. This investment is the key engine room for driving mainstream adoption over the next decade. Such predictions are considering crypto to have its own sector in the S&P index by the end of the decade. Michael will demonstrate what investment is driving this growth.

While much has been made of the philosophical and practical disruption potential of decentralised finance (DeFi), we see centralised finance (CeFi) contining to play a vital role in the onboarding of institutional clients and retail clients into cryptocurrencies. Given that traditional finance (TradFi) remains the custodian of the vast amount of the world's wealth, CeFi will play an increasingly critical role in bridging TradFi with crypto as a new institutional asset classes. The changing regulatory landscape in Australia, and abroad, will play a critical role in how this progresses in the short to medium term.

For far too long users have been dealing with the encroachment of big tech on their privacy and their lives, as chronicled in “The Social Dilemma”. Web3 with decentralised applications and blockchain changes the game. For the first time ever users are in control of their data, they are no longer the pawns of big tech. Utilising blockchain technology a whole new way of transacting is made possible, starting with users in the drivers seat and in control of their content.

Delivering on the promise of Bitcoin will look at the original design of Bitcoin, different approaches being taken by the market and why only a massively scaled Bitcoin can accommodate a demand for global transactions. Most don’t realise, but Satoshis original design has always been efficient, but that the economics that drive this efficiency have never been allowed to emerge. Now that BSV has an unbounded fully scaled Bitcoin, it is possible to deliver on the promise of Bitcoin by creating things such as the unbounded Metanet, forever changing how web services are imagined, built and delivered.

How Self Sovereign Identity make Web3.0 real for enterprises. The talk will have real life use cases & case studies for enterprise adoption.

The way blockchain was introduced to the World, the context in which it originated, the events during its first 5years, early adopters are much different from other Technology innovations of last 2 decades. So unlike other technology innovations, lot of misconceptions and misunderstandings about blockchain became widespread and are still prevalent. This presentation debunks the prevailing myths and throws light on the underlying reality.

The growth of adoption and market size of blockchain in the 14 years after its invention has been less than what expected of a promising technology invention in this era of internet and open-source software technologies. This session analyses the causes and remedies needed for it.

"Blockchain is still a nascent technology. Its true potential is yet to be realised with DLT technology poised to cut through the noise of 'crypto' with the efficiency of technologies like Algorand delivering genuine value and improvements to traditional database systems. This next stage of Blockchain technology will explore where costs can be reduced, removing counterparty risks and creating value for end users in a way that has not been possible before. I will be looking at what some of the use cases would include and where the value in accrued."
