APAC Enterprise Intelligent Automation Leadership Roundtable

Theme – 30 Intelligent Automation Heads Of & CIOs Leadership Roundtable + EXPO

A recent report shows less than 20 percent of Australian organisations claim to have an ‘at scale’ Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (IRPA) capability.

Of those same organisations, many have discovered that managing their bot armies is very difficult, without further significant ongoing investment.

Furthermore, the more advanced Intelligent Automation capabilities that are sought to be implemented, leads to an even greater challenge in organisational change than just RPA on its own.

This is due to a range of issues such as process complexity, lack of business sponsorship and lack of IT architectural thinking – resulting in the sub optimal implementation of automation initiatives and severely limiting their impact and ability to contribute to overall business value.

So join us at the next APAC Enterprise Intelligent Automation Leadership Roundtable to hear first-hand from subject matter experts currently operating IRPA successfully for their businesses in areas such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain and Outsourcing. Plus learn about emerging technologies and market offerings from our service provider EXPO.

    - A holistic 4 Tiered approach to Transformation - Simplification, Automation, Intelligence and Immersive experience
    - New age technologies and innovations in the Intelligent Automation area - Covering off RPA, Analytics, Digital Workflows, Smart BI dashboards and AI
    - Our approach towards an end to end transformation journey
    - Lessons learned and how these lessons have brought about a more innovative way of mitigating these risks (This will also cover off the round table 7 min session on lessons learned by our mature RPA practice)
    - How to build a truly innovative & scalable Intelligent Automation model for your organization

On this I can cover Journey of RPA CoE, adapting to Robotic Operating Model. I will also cover why CoE need to be agnostic to platform/tools. While talking about RPA CoE it's important to cover challenges like organisational dynamics, people & culture, adpating to new tools/technology. Another important aspect to cover is scaling up of RPA within organization. I can also touch pace on few real life challenge on building teams, process & tool selection, most important part is collaborations with business.

Business runs with systems and processes; RPA enables automation of business processes driving efficiency in the business value streams. But many of the processes still require human intervention for decision making. Industry is been evolving with data streaming generated through Open APIs and IoT devices and automating the decision making process through ML/AI. The talk will focus integrated landscape of creating enterprise solutions with ML/AI/IoT and RPA.

There has been a phenomenal growth in recent years in industries adopting artificial intelligence and Machine learning to automate operations and manufacturing processes. Some industries like construction, energy, agriculture and mining are merging AI and drone systems. The convergence of big data with AI is shaping the future of how enterprises drive business value from their data and analytics capabilities. Drones may be able to gather data through pictures and videos, but the fact remains that the amount of data is enormous. A single drone mission may end up generating data anywhere in the range of 2-70 Terabytes. This is where Big Data and AI come into picture. Using these two breakthrough sciences, enterprises can gather relevant data and translate it into meaningful learning and results. The ability to access large volumes of data quickly is leading to better AI capabilities and the future of drones as autonomous centers of intelligence is not far now. I will provide concrete examples of projects in the context of the conference.

After a few smaller projects on IA deliver business value, it become a different challenge to deliver larger and wider part of the business. One of the core challenge is how can we build and sustain an IA team with scale. There are many aspect of these challenges like knowledge management, skill development, personal interest and career development.

This presentation on Web Analytics Testing will focus on the What, Why & How of testing Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) software on the Cloud. It will be based on real-life experiences and pragmatic solutions to analytics testing issues. It will outline the project methodologies followed in testing the AI/ML software; team composition and timeframes. It will provide the retrospectives on what worked well and the lessons learned from failures.
