I started in IT industry as a Software Engineer and passionate about bringing people together and share my knowledge about technologies and teaching coding and other techie stuff. My over 15 years’ experience in IT leadership enables me to develop expertise in problem-solving, coaching, utilizing technical skills to improve individual, team, and organizational performance, as well as providing guidance to the team members. I am hands-on with the actual work when things get busy using my technical knowledge and education to achieve business goals.
