As a Software Engineer at Accenture with a strong emphasis on cloud computing, particularly AWS and Azure, I specialize in developing solutions tailored to your unique needs. My expertise extends to DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), ensuring that your software is not only functional but also secure and reliable. Doing Test Automation and Automation where possible in the DevSecOps CI/CD systems. This also included full responsibility for the success of the test effort as well as the project. The areas in which I excel the most include IT support; test automation and QA; release management and testing in an Agile SAFe and DevOps environment as well as leading and training teams to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to add value to organizations. I possess specialised skills as a Cutover Release Manager, adept at managing complex transition phases, conducting readiness assessments, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth transitions during critical cutover activities.

He brings a wealth of experience to his role as a tech educator, digital omnichannel strategy and Agile coach, with over a decade of industry experience. Seann has worked as a CX/UX strategist with some of the world's most recognised brands, including Vodafone and IKEA. He is also a renowned speaker and has received awards for his expertise in the field.
