She was the strategic business unit head and the first member of this unit. Previously, she was the operations manager for Godrej & Boyce and GE business processes. She also worked in the USA as onsite operations manager for 100% remote process transitions. She brings in career experience in technology sales, technical support services and operations management in supply chain management and Human Resource Management domains with exposure to global project implementations, process re-engineering and adherence to best practices.
