The world of marketing has fundamentally changed from a linear top down to circular continuous evaluation framework and broad scale marketing fragmentation of trapped value. In the New, this can be overcome by anchoring in – The Driver- Moving from pure Experience to Intimacy ( use of data ) , The Enabler – Technology & The Value Creator – Measurement & ROI. The new CX is re-imagined across all customer journey touch points with profoundly impacts on how a company grows with ownership and focus on the Customer and changing roles of CX leaders in the mix. The new imperative harness complexity and chaos for success by building new levels of connectivity – Customer, Technology & Operations where it’s needed to create customer journeys that instantly recognise and anticipate customer wants and desires ( CX/Intimacy) , build a technology system that connects business functions ( MarTech, Ad Tech & Sales / Service Tech ), design an agile operating model with the right talent, allowing new ways for the organisation to personalise and engage.

Over the last decade or so, the world has seen an increased demand for government services that can directly benefit citizens, by removing read tapes and unwanted dependencies. This is both in the Government 2 Business (G2B) and Government 2 Consumer (G2C) fields. To drive this e-governance adoption and growth, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become the key tool used by governments across the world. In order to provide the necessary trust and assurance model for people to confidently interact with the government services, cybersecurity controls has become the crux of the e-governance solution. Cybersecurity controls ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability across people, process and technology necessary to run the e-governance services.

Implementing a robust cybersecurity framework ensures exposures and risks are mitigated by the challenges thrown open by such large scale participation of various stakeholders. Due to the nature of application solutioning necessary to run e-governance models, governments across regions have come up with specific cybersecurity frameworks tailored to ensure not just continuity of services, but, build the required level of trust while people access e-governance services.
